Attachment for home shop tool sharpening and grinding
This two pulley Tool Grinding Attachment is designed with cast metal components and intended for light duty grinding and sharpening tasks like axes and hatchets, mower blades, garden tools and most any tool with a blade.
Use as a handheld belt sander or power file
It also makes a handheld belt sander / power file for a wide range of grinding tasks in metal. It installs quickly thanks to the tool-less design, so changing attachments is quick and easy.
Fast and easy to use
The spring tensioner with sealed bearing has a lock out feature that makes belt changes fast and easy without the need for tools – simply push and turn the tensioner to install a belt in seconds. This attachment provides a larger diameter drive pulley to achieve the optimal belt speed (4500 SFM) for a wide range of grinding tasks.
Versatile belt adjustments
Attachment allows for both flat platen and slack belt grinding depending on the task at hand without any set up time or parts to adjust.
Long lasting abrasives
Premium, long lasting abrasives
Includes two premium Norton P60 grit Zirconia Alumina 3/4″ x 12” engineered abrasive belts that are designed and intended for heavy stock removal and long life. This attachment also accepts the standard WSKTS-KO belt mix for more light duty grinding or polishing tasks where a finer surface finish or less material take off is desired.
